Your Role Includes:
Social Media & Marketing

• Assist with branding and email marketing efforts
Front Desk & Office Management

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) or MEDICAL ASSISTANT (MA)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to become an integral part of our clinical team. This individual will excel in phlebotomy, IV placement, and clinical patient care. We value excellent communication skills, a warm personality, diligence, reliability, and punctuality. Dual-language proficiency in English and Russian is strongly preferred to serve our diverse patient community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform efficient and gentle blood draws and IV placements
• Assist providers with clinical procedures and examinations
• Accurately document patient information in our EMR system (Athena)
• Provide exceptional patient service, addressing questions and concerns clearly and warmly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinical areas
• Contribute positively to our professional, supportive, and collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications:
• Current certification as Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Florida
• Proven proficiency in blood draws and IV insertion
• Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records (Athena EMR preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, diligent, friendly, and attentive to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a concierge medical or primary care practice
• Dual-language proficiency in English and Russian (strongly preferred)

PRESCHOOL TEACHER
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the early development and education of young children. This position specifically focuses on providing instruction and guidance to children enrolled in the Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program, which is designed to prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond. Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities based on the VPK curriculum guidelines. Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Incorporate various teaching methodologies and instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Classroom Management:Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning. Establish and enforce rules and procedures to encourage positive behavior and discipline. Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and cooperation among students. Individualized Instruction and Assessment:Identify the strengths and weaknesses of each child and tailor instruction to meet their individual needs. Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to monitor the progress of each child. Provide feedback and report student progress to parents or guardians regularly. Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with other VPK teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote a cohesive learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, sharing updates on their child's development, progress, and any concerns. LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law and possess exceptional legal research and drafting skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide support to senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
- Handle administrative tasks related to litigation cases
Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in criminal defense and civil litigation and/or domestic violence
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
