Position: Commercial Litigation Associate (Fort Lauderdale)
Dickinson Wright seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join its Fort Lauderdale office. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
The ideal candidate will also have an entrepreneurial mindset and:

experience handling legal research, drafting motions, pleadings and written discovery as well as capable of handling hearings with all variety of issues;

the ability to take ownership of significant portions of litigation matters;

strong legal writing and communication skills;

exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution abilities; and

the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.
