Position: Commercial Litigation Associate (Fort Lauderdale)

 

Dickinson Wright seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join its Fort Lauderdale office. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

 

The ideal candidate will also have an entrepreneurial mindset and:

 

  • experience handling legal research, drafting motions, pleadings and written discovery as well as capable of handling hearings with all variety of issues;

  • the ability to take ownership of significant portions of litigation matters;

  • strong legal writing and communication skills;

  • exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution abilities; and

  • the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.

Position: Sales/Business Developer ( English /Russian speaking preferred)

Location: Printing Planet, Hollywood, Florida

 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills. As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking events, and market research.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
